LiVeRPooL FC...MY HeaRT...

I’ve been supporting LiverpoolFC since…God knows when…although I had never considered myself as a very BIG fan of football. I didn’t really take the effort to wake up in the middle of the night to watch some matches like some fanatics do! And didn’t really bother to watch any live matches when I was in the UK.
I guess it all started during the 2006 World Cup when I couldn’t miss any of the Italy matches (yes I support Italy!), waking up in the middle of the night, jumping up and down in-front of the TV and screaming into me pillow everytime sumtin nerve-wrecking happened! Haha Since then I’ve never missed any of the Liverpool matches – ditching off anyone who wants to hang out on Saturday or Sunday evening! Hehe..sorry…

Remember...You'll Never Walk Alone...

Little People, Big World

Check out "Little People, Big World" every weekdays 7.30pm & 10.30pm on ASTRO channel 77 - Home & Health. I'm addicted to the show. Season 2 will start this coming Monday (23rd July 2007).

In the most in-depth television documentation of the lives of Little People, the series follows the Roloffs - an extraordinary family composed of both little and average-sized people. The series captured the family's everyday successes and struggles. The result is an intimate view of life as a Little Person. Parents Matt and Amy Roloff are both little people - 4 feet tall - but they are determined to succeed in a world that isn't always accepting of differences. Matt has risen through the ranks of the business world, closing deals with some of Silicon Valley's most well-known companies. After being laid off, Matt decided to pursue his dream of owning his own business.

Originally a stay-at-home mom but now holding down two jobs, Amy has raised four children: 15-year-old twins, Jeremy and Zach (Jeremy is average height and Zach is a little person), 12-year-old Molly and 8-year-old Jacob (Both Molly & Jacob are average-height).

Together they own and operate Roloff Farms, a sprawling 34-acre farm in Oregon. The Roloffs' accomplishments belie a hard truth: for little people, every day is a challenge. Driving a car, seeing over the counter at a bank or even making a simple trip to the grocery store can quickly become a test in a world that wasn't made for them. In Little People, Big World, viewers look into the lives of the Roloffs as they face the pressure of being little in an average-sized world.

"We can do pretty much anything average height people can do. We just do it in a different way"

Come to think of it, one shouldn't be complaining of being too short..hehe..

NeTBaLL (Cont'...)

Had a good game today. I'm not sayin I did really good but then, at least, I get the ball in my hands for few times! hahaha pathetic! I just played so that I can get some sweat, it's healthy! Coz I dun sweat easily u kno...weird...scares me sumtimes! Like an alien! hahaha I always play the defence position..GD/GK. I dun like Wings, coz I tend to lost my boundary! 'siuk sendiri!' hehe N definitely not Centre, coz I'm too heavy to run! hahaha In my opinion, anyone can play netball. It's a fun sport but then again if you dun like rules, then this is not a game for you. Coz I think netball has most rules compare to other sports.

NeTBaLL

Got a netball game in an hour...probably, the only sport I play these days..haha! Need to do some more of these thing called 'Sports'. Need a healthy life. I don't like putting myself on the weighing machine coz I was scared that I might broke it! Haha! I prefer sports that use hands rather than mi feet, like netball, tennis, badminton...altho I love football but I never played the game! Just love watchin them (esp Liverpool!) I'll just say I use mi hands better than mi feet! haha! But then again, I go for a jog once in a while..jogging use feet..hmm, ok whatever!
